- You order one of our awesome products.
- We send your order information to Sendle (Australia’s only carbon neutral delivery company).
- We’ll give Sendle your product, and they will deliver it right to your door!
Shipping for all orders over $100 within Australia is completely free of charge.
All orders are shipped via Sendle at the following rates:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional import taxes and duties. In most cases, such duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and these may vary widely from country to country. It’s up to you to be aware of these additional charges as the responsibility falls onto the customer to pay these.
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and will gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt where the products are in new, unworn, unwashed condition with original packaging included.
For FAULTY ITEMS, INCORRECT SIZE RECEIVED OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED, please send us an email at email@example.com and attach a few photos so we can understand the problem. We’ll arrange for a swap free of charge, so please keep your received product in good condition.
FOR ANY OTHER ISSUE (i.e. you aren’t happy with the product, or you aren’t happy with the size), we’re happy to give you a full store credit once you’ve sent back the product. This of course assumes that the item is still in good condition. We’ll create the shipping label and arrange for pickup, but the standard shipping charges will still apply.
